Dave is a seasoned coach and personal trainer who has been actively working in the health and fitness field since 2003.
He works independently as a 1-on-1 trainer, servicing clients both in person and remotely, and is excited to also be a part of the coaching staff at West London CrossFit.
Dave grew up playing a large variety of sports which helped develop his understanding and appreciation of the body and it’s abilities. This understanding was further developed through the study of Fitness & Health Promotion throughout college.
Dave began working as a personal trainer immediately after finishing school and has been heavily involved in the industry, both as a coach and an athlete, ever since. His love for fitness quickly grew into an obsession for self-optimization and an obligation to help others strive for the same.
